In addition to a holistic approach to address the needs of ex-offenders, the Bridge of Success Career Center & Ministries implements Best Practices and proven strategies with documented results in developing, equipping, and training ex-offenders in the reentry process. There are many problems that can interfere with a former offender establishing a stable life. The Bridge of Success has developed methods to overcome those problems and assist in the reintegration process. Some of these methods are listed below:

The Bridge of Success is not required to meet a quota. We are therefore free to deliver specialized services to the men and women engaged in our program. Upon entry, each new appointment will meet with an Intake Coordinator before they are assigned to a Case Manager. An Individual Service Plan is used to coordinate specialized services for each Client.
